Join FADICA and Praesidium as we examine the central principles of high reliability organizations (HROs). From hospitals to aircraft carriers, HROs perform complex work safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Together, we will explore how nonprofits, ministries, and direct service providers can be similarly inspired and aligned in adopting safety standards and best practices, with the goal of protecting all beneficiaries, clients, and team members.
